Knitter's Paradise

I have been playing around with a lot of yarns lately... mostly silks, cottons, hemp, linen and a few more... I have been very amazed at how many spring/ summer garments or projects I want to make.. Other than my felted bags with will be another topic or my socks..(obsessed with those)... silk has been my new passion.. I want to make a couple spring/summer tops in basic colors to go with my funky skirts.... and shawls that's another category... I can't even pick out the Fiber Trends Pattern I want to do... so many yarns not enough time... I saw the most beautiful sweater in linen.. have to do that too.....very classic... any thought on spring or summer yarn...what projects are you doing.. love to know.. sighting yarns and patterns are very helpful...   Donna

After.... many suggestions..(which I listen to) it has been suggested that I hold an all day 11-5 workshop on FELTING AND NEEDLE FELTING.  The date that I came up with is April 30th.  It is a Sunday and will be held at my house which will allow us to have more room and focus... Light refreshments will be served and I will have the supplies and needles if needed for sale...   The focus on this intense workshop will be on techniches that can not be covered in a 2 hour session.... I need a comitment of 6 students min 12 max.. Cost of workshop will be $20... plus supplies...Please let me know in advance if you are interested.... Also we will be having another worshop all day featuring Tili Thomas Yarns... one of  the hottest yarns to enter the market... a little on the high end silk but the produst is fabulous I will have pictures up soon of the project and the price of supplies.. very funky and very unique.. I have never seen such an amazing combination.... I know myself that if I am working with a high end yarn it is so great to have instructions....
